Marden and all, looks like some good acquisitions going on here, however as I'm doing my DD I see not all the specifics are on the table yet. For example, the acquisition of Sage, Envoy states "A portion of the purchase price will be satisfied by the issuance of common shares of Envoy". Anyone have any idea how much share dilution this will bring? IMO this will stall buying demand until financial specifics are on the table. All said, this does look interesting. eom. Ed
