I posted this to JT on the intel thread a little while ago.

I just checked and find this very puzzeling. Intel opened at 149 1/2 last trade 152 3/8 , Dec opened at 36 last trade 34 3/4. Granted these are 15 minutes old BUT the street doesn't seem to concerned about the lawsuits. Lets see what tommorow brings, appears Dec may have shot themselves in the foot on this one. Only time will tell.

Not even selling my intel stock!!!!! Intel is still a great stock, and I still believe it will perform over the long run.
