wstera2...re: "chinese military to hand mobile networks to china unicom" one must first read the wsj article of negotiation breakdown between the prc and qcom for application of cdma for commercial use......... follow up with the military turnover article and perhaps conclude that this is a face saving method to blend cdma into the commercial markets..... when all else fails, back into what you desire, slowly and silently until you again gain a perceived leverage and re open negotiations based on strength.... a very common tactic... good luck, ed a.
