Matthew, thanks for your post re accumulation by Stock Funds.
On Monday I spoke with a West-coast fund manager who evaluated VLNC 4 years ago and was pleased that he remained on the sidelines.

That was then, this is now!

He has again become interested but remains cautious as before because of the nature of his fund. As an individual investor however, he believes it would be possible to triple one's money before many of the funds are involved. With the earnings potential VLNC has, these funds would do well by getting in at $15-$20 and seeing it triple to $45-$60 within a reasonably short time!

I am mentioning this because I believe his approach is typical for many funds, as they are conservative as outlined in their prospecti. Their eventual participation, however, is another mechanism for accelerating the share price from the teens to some multiple of our calculated $4-$8/sh earnings with the first 4 production lines.

Regards, FMK
