announced that it signed a Business Agreement with Logica Inc., a leading
international IT solutions provider.

Under this agreement, Logica will represent Cambio's Flagship product netRunner
CMP(TM) as part of its OSSLogic model to telecommunications customers requiring
Operations Support Systems (OSS) solutions. This agreement expands Cambio's
sales and marketing effort and helps them further penetrate this rapidly growing
