Bruceski, I have some questions regarding your meeting with NICM management in May. I'm using excerpt's from your post.

Does SHE mean shareholder equity?

"shareholder equity has gone up $5.5 million."
In the 1st qtr of 2000, right ?

Does this number include the sale of GFP?
My understanding of what I read was that the $2.5 million dollars from the sale of GFP will show up in 2nd qtr filing.

I remember reading a post by you on RB regarding SHE and other issues. It was an excellent post. Would you re-post on SI or give me the post # ? I would like to read it again without hunting thru all the BS on RB.
