In investment, stockholders have to be proactive, to take on the CEO, so that the CEO takes the responsibility to improve profits. If the CEO is incompetent then the stockholders have to educate the CEO to imitate other competent CEOs. We are now just beginning to take on the CEOs. Next few years we will see some results.

Most of us are not qualified to do business management consulting; so, watch the better message boards where people who are qualified speak out. Most CEOs scan the message boards to improve themselves. Some may be too emotional to take some abuse. So, please tale care of your money in investment; but be firm and polite to advise CEOs. Some encouragement really helps when CEOs have new plans to improve our company.
