Hi Lizzie, Vignette has said publicly they don't want to be in an XML server war. They will continue to sell it but that is not where they are focused.

WEBM's positioning virtually guarantees it grows extremely fast for the forseeable future. The list and quality of the partners is a huge advantage and these players all know how important guaranteed delivery across B2B networks is... Its a who's who list and none of these players is interested in legacy players trying to migrate to XML. A senior executive at WEBM is the chief architect of the Rossettanet, the high tech XML standard.

This is tough stuff which creates a very large barrier to entry and WEBM are experts in this crucial breakpoint of B2B ecommmerce networks. Moreover, the business model is much better than integration firms of the past.

The ASWX acquisition is very synergistic.
