Obviously the company is still being ignored by big money.. Otherwise, I cannot understand the share price dropping today.. I mean they sold a business which generates what 25m in revenue ? for 160m in cash while the entire company with about 850m in revenue is going for 11.5 x 67m s/o... May be investors got a bit spooked with forecast for couple of tough quarters in software business....
