i have no idea. i'm no specialist on GTW, except that i know that it is quite good at cooking its books (see Fleck's comment on their last earnings release - there were quite a few questionable items hidden in the farther reaches of the balance sheet). one must remember that the 20-year bull market and the ESOP pyramid scheme has allowed tech cos. in particular to play every accounting charade in the book...and some outside the book as well i suppose. the cookie jars are brimful...
