Prophet,

The numbers in the SEC filing add up to more shares than SEG could have owned post-split.

The SEC 144 filings before March 31, 2000 total just shy of 5 million shares.

The SEC 144 filings after March 31, 2000 total just over 1.5 million shares.

As of April the SNDK SEC filings show ownership of of just over 4 million shares, if I recall correctly.

If my math is correct, 4 - 2.5 = 1.5 million shares left assuming there have been no further sales since June 9, 2000.

Either way, they are running out of ammo.
