it's funny how quickly perception changes. If you said that $28/barrel is a soft oil price last year people would laugh at you. And now a company PE ratio drops from 2 to 1.5. Now that's a bargain. Results should be out in about a month. We will see if I guessed right. I am betting .10/share in earnings, anyone else would like to guess?
