You are correct. NEON earns royalty stream from IBM.. Now and again, rumours of NEON loosing IBM business have surfaced, quite conveniently I might add.. Each time it has been denied by NEON and their products are well integrated with what IBM sells.. As for BEAS, there have always been competition so again not sure about that being the cause.
