Rajiv, Check out this link ("the dot-com deadpool"): fuckedcompany.com I don't like to publish it because of the dirty domain. But they were articled in the WSJ not long ago (writting f-company.com ...) and saw it on a yahoo! posting. It basically accompanies (with ratings) dot-coms on their way to graveyard. VUSA is not mentioned, although I think free shipping was their main selling point, at least in my view/$s. Marty (VUSA closed at 3/4, making a new low (intraday) at 11/16.)
