i just called.. the guy said he's shocked that after 2 months of trying to fix the IPO CENTER they still haven't got it working.. he said we're all gonna have to RECONFIRM on the PHONE cuz they aren't sure they'll get the web function to work this time.. sounds bad.. UGH! that means I have to get my wife, mom, dad and other family members to call in their own reconfirms.. I cant do it for them... I'll bet NO ONE is home either... with our luck! etrade sucks! lol jim
