I like it, CNBC telling folks to short great companies like Broadcom. Considering that there are so many pos to short, why pick on BRCM. I always made money shorting dogs with fleas. Shorting big winners is always very dangerous. Very reckless of anyone to try and pick a top on BRCM. You might get lucky, this time, but soon or later you will lose until it hurts too much. Then you learn not to short winners. I shorted AOL a few times, made chump change sometimes, but got burnt in the end
