Wilshire Real Estate Investment Inc. to Pay Sept. 30, 1998 Record Date Dividend
PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2000--Wilshire Real Estate Investment Inc. (Nasdaq:WREI), an opportunistic investment group specializing in mortgage and real estate related assets, announced today the payment dates for its outstanding dividend for shareholders of record as of September 30, 1998. The Company previously declared, but had not paid, a dividend of $0.40 per share.
Shareholders of record as of September 30, 1998 will receive $0.10 on each of September 28, 2000, December 28, 2000, March 28, 2001, and June 28, 2001, together with interest accrued thereon at 4% per annum from the declared payment date, October 27, 1998.
The payment plan primarily reflects improved corporate liquidity and greater stability in the Company's asset markets. |
