Paul.... RE: PSFT msg #353 The buying flurry at $35 was due to Q1 results announcement and fact that stock was beat down too low. Insiders (incl. reg. employees) are restricted from buying during these times (e.g. prior to Qtrly result announcement). They have a lot of restricted times during the year - I don't know in details, but can find out - or I bet someone else in here knows. Also, employees have payroll stock purchase program and these purchases are made 1/month as a block as far as I know. The time of this is at first of month and they also buy at a discount from market price.
