For the record, before pro-Pugs people show up to say that others on this board are being unfair at taking pot shots at Gary when he's in dutch with this Zweb. suit, Gary's dog piled people for the past few years now blindly slinging accusations around at anyone that dares not see life his way. He's stated that what he says is fact and anything else is false. This "poor me, I listened to the wrong people" crap is just that.....crap. He did his best to beat down and discredit anyone around him that didn't agree with him.

mrhappy, let me be among the first to congratulate Pugs on his successful defense. First of all, he was being sued for $10M, not $1M. And with the possibility of treble damages, $1M is most certainly a victory. I may be wrong, but I also think this is the highest dollar amount any basher has settled a lawsuit for (so far). Therefore, Pugs deserves admiration, not scorn. At least for now, he may hold the record. And for the most part, he did it pro se. I wonder if any lawyer could have done as well.

Pugs was obvious. It was just a matter of time and inclination to bring him down.
It will be interesting to see if he ever posts again.
On the one hand, he is an addict to the threads. On the other hand, he was lucky to have his hand just slapped and ZW now has the upper hand if pugs gets out of line.
