               Unique Broadband Receives Order from Look Communications Inc.

Unique Broadband Receives Order from Look Communications Inc. 

Unique Broadband Systems, Inc., recognized worldwide as a leader in the design, development and manufacture of
broadband wireless solutions, announced that it has received an initial order from Look Communications Inc., Canada's
leading wireless Internet and MMDS (wireless cable) provider, to provide headend equipment to permit bi- directional
wireless high-speed Internet services. Look Communications intends to deploy this equipment at all of its locations
across Canada. 

"This order from Look Communications is further evidence of UBS' dedication to high-speed wireless Internet products,"
said Alex Dolgonos, President and CEO of UBS. "The headend equipment, which is standard equipment developed by
UBS, can be used by other wireless cable providers, Internet service providers and telecom providers. We just returned
from participating in the WCA 2000 trade show in New Orleans, where we had discussions with a number of major US
and international telecommunications and wireless providers. All these companies showed interest in this product, as
well as others that we have designed and developed." 

Look Communications recently announced that it had secured several hundred million dollars of long-term financing to
be used, in part, for its wireless Internet project with Microcell Telecommunications. 

"In view of this recent financing, the rollout of this project, which is the first of its kind for Look, and the deployment of
our equipment will no doubt occur at a much faster rate," said Stephen Rosen, CFO of UBS. "The order that we have just
received is only the first of many orders from Look for this project. We anticipate significant revenue to be generated
from this product over the life of this project."
