Is it possible that on-line retail is doomed to failure, no matter who attempts it?? Victor, My position is that on-line pure play e-commerce B2C will never succeed. Dual channel outlet is the only in the current and foreseable environment that will work.It will take me too long to explain why at the moment but I believe this is being proven. Note almost all pure plays have folded and will. Dual outlets are doing just fine.
