Glenn I'm starting to conclude the same thing. For a while I thought there would actually be a "first mover" winner but I am starting to think there's just no pot of gold at the end of the online retail rainbow. I think the smart way to do it is as you do- use the web to raise awareness of your business, and provide consumers with info so they are even more motivated to come to your shop. Use the web to augment other forms of advertising. jmho Victor
