I don't think that Linux is going to be much threat to Windows on the client side PC (at least as long as MS keeps the code away from Win32 emulation). It does appear to pretty much put WinCE to bed though. --- I read that MS X-Box has plans to emulate Sony and Sega and NES (etc). That's interesting. Of course if Sony did that to MS, MS would call it stealing and start filing for injuntions through their R and D dept (legal dept). --- This will be an interesting thing to watch. --- God knows it won't ne so interesting on the server side of things. :) -JCJ
