Hog, shareholders... I see the basher meltdown is still in progress, LOL! As for Zwebner, my lawyer suggested we take his last settlement offer, $200 and an a public apology he approved, suggesting we just refer to it as a "bill". David didn't want to. In the meantime Zwebner posted that we settled for a "fair financial settlement". When I saw that, w/o even Zwebner having faxed us the revised apology letter, I echoed David's sentiments. To date, we have notified Zwebner about his failure to hand over discovery. We are filing for sanctions against him. He filed an amended complaint, we answered. In the meantime, he's postponed three scheduled dates for depos and has, instead, scheduled depos with DCI insiders to see if me & David are DCI insiders! BWAAAHAAAAA!! Dean was the one providing "services" for DCI,and Zwebner settled with him. We won't settle with Zwebner, we're seeking sanctions and we will counter claim if things don't work out the way we think they will. As for AZNT, not much to say. I hear the BOD is going about adding new board members and getting rid of an old one. We waith for 8k's, conclusion to the Mann case, audited financials and relisting. Without disclosure and with shake up's in management, STEER CLEAR, get a good mutual fund. Let the bashers melt down, enjoy life!
