Although the response was minimal, they couldn't have said it yesterday, they hadn't seen or had time to analyze the DEC complaint [lawsuit] and the specific ten patents cited. Even now, this is only a preliminary response. I understand your frustration, but shooting from the hip isn't going to help any of us. Be patient, I THINK it will all work out [god help me if I'm wrong, I'm 100% invested in Intel].

PS - INTC stock was up today, DEC was down [both fractionally]. So there is at least a bit of justice in the world.
