Universal Express' Postal Consumers Directed to TVCP Web Address

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2000--Universal Express Inc. (OTC:USXP) announced today its Video Calling Partner, Talk Visual Inc. (OTC:TVCP), launched the world's first Web site for companies, individuals and institutions which are, or wish to be, video-calling enabled. The first phase of the Web site opened Wednesday, July 12, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at the unique Web address videocallme.com.
