You are both right. The company has made many claims that would seemingly diminish the size of this operation as well as the ease with which it can be ramped up to full production. It has been frustrating , but I understand that it was necessary in order to prove up as much as possible prior to our being in exactly the position we are now.
This is a strategy that is no longer necessary.
We should be pleased to be hearing our many speculations from the company itself.
