Hi Jan: Good to see you back posting. All that work eating into free time? Not to suck up to Tom but I agree with the direction the firm is going. Customer service is job #1. We can see that on this thread as well as the improvements in the web site. On the education front I'll use McDonalds as an anology. When they started while targeting the family they did not target the children. Look at them today. Entice the children and not only are the parents locked in but the child becomes a loyal customer for a long time. DWA teaches PnF and ensures the loyalty of the client base. Seems like a solid forward thinking business plan. Tim
