Tip, With these tech scam cos., it is not whether they lose or win, it's how well they spin. Just look at Motorola's disaster, that was spun so wildly that folks actually took it as a great positive. Very few noticed that the uncosted inventory was shooting up like Jack's magic bean. Uh, folks, they can fake a quarter, maybe two, but eventually they have to price in this crap they made and can't sell. Of course, that's just a "one time writeoff" and has nothing to do with the real business.
It is hard to believe that anyone still buys a Gateway pc, given their horrible reliability record. But, hey, you get a nice cow box to ship it back in. <g> |
