Williams-Sonoma Cooks Up Greater Customer Rapport Using Net PerceptionsMarketing Solutions

NETP) today announced that national specialty retailer, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) has signed an agreement licensing both Net Perceptions for E-commerce and the Personalization Network's Intelligence Channel.

Under terms of the agreement Williams-Sonoma will use the Intelligence Channel of the Net Perceptions Personalization Network to supply deep transactional analysis to support its marketing planning activities. The Personalization
Network is a comprehensive marketing system supported by Net Perceptions serving as an Application Service Provider (ASP). This business model allows retailers to deeply understand their customers without adding IT nfrastructure. In addition, Williams-Sonoma will deploy Net Perceptions' realtime, 1:1 personalized recommendations on its Web site at www.williams-sonoma.com.
