Working with Symbian gives Palm a more solid and future-proof base platform, and possibly a ticket into the mobile phone market." ... a couple of questions for anyone. in the above reference, what is mindshare? the same as vaporware? yet to be developed? and what the heck are they talking about with the term future-proof? it's being used as if it is a benefit to have a future-proof base platform. i don't get it. over all, an encouraging article that really points up the error in reading too much too soon into any announcements of alliances and pacts... i believe the article referred to it as "white-knuckle negotiations or what?". :) mark
