Yeah, I got in on the IPO also and sold it at 55 (if you sold on the first day you must have sold around 70, right?). Then when it kept dipping I kept buying - catching the proverbial "falling knife"! I like many others got caught up in the dot.com mania. Kept thinking that this was the wave of the future - the 24 hour Walmart! They messed up royally when they started giving those $100 and $50 credits - who does this? It was like giving money away. People got wise and started opening up multiple accounts in order to get the credit more than once! Their customer service at that time was supposed to be atrocious although I personally never encountered any problems. Oh well!
