IBM reports Tuesday and SUNW reports Thursday. Suppose IBM reports a BIG pick up in hardware sales and gives good future guidance, what impact (if any) do you think it will have to SUNW's price? Will it be bullish for the whole sector, or percieved as IBM making a comeback by moving in on SUNW? I haven't followed both companies long enough to know if there's any impact on each others stock price around earnings. chic (who still is looking for that Ultra Sparc III...)
