Be careful of VISX. On my Yahoo thread we have a couple of people with big losses in that stock, including one eye doc who uses the equipment in his surgeries... The product is great, the problem is that the intellectual property position is at great risk due to legal decisions early this year. Basically they put their patents at risk trying to keep a competitor out and lost, and while it is on appeal the stock can tank dramatically and suddenly on adverse legal news. As a very short term momo play that may not matter, but the trouble is if you hold it a bad legal decision can cause it to hop right over your stops. Harder to protect yourself from the downside. Like the company and its product though .....
