tippet, most anal-ysts are very happy with GTW's strategy to move beyond-the-box into higher margin recurring revenue. I thought the report was very respectable, they are achieving the beyond-the-box targets ahead of plan.

Re: the growth in intangibles, most of this is related to the Ardent acquisition that is being amortized over ten tears. The remaining amounts were related to investments discussed in the last Q conference call paid for in Q2.
