Robertson Stephens Daily Growth Stock Update Vitesse Semiconductor (Nasdaq: VTSS) 2001 EPS: $1.02 from $0.95 Buy Arun Veerappan, Communications Components/Semiconductor Devices "Vitesse reported third quarter 2000 earnings-per-share of $0.17, in-line with both our estimate and the First Call consensus estimate," said Veerappan. "We believe that the company is seeing strength in its OC-48 and OC-192 physical layer products. We expect that the company can grow revenues at a 15 percent+ sequential clip this coming quarter and continue to rate the stock as a Buy."
