Why am I not surprised to hear that...then again, what If some other publicly traded company Buys out the company they shorted...wouldn't that put a crink in this plan??? Still leaves them in there position...yes?? I would be awfully hard of the SEC to say no to a buyout on grounds that someone they love is short... There is always an escape trail if one looks hard enough.. TK
