I guess you and I use the term fact differently, then. That's our problem.

By your definition, the birth of Shakespeare is not a fact. Not measurable. Not repeatable. World War II is not a fact. Not measurable. Not repeatble. The creation of Earth is not a fact. Not maybe measurable, but not repeatable.
