from their brains.

Smokers are at fault for CHOOSING to smoke.
Nobody forces them to light up!
Smokers WANT to smoke. Here is another case of
going for "deep pockets" syndrome, which is so common in the USA. The Jury needs to have their head examined.

Big Tobacco ordered to pay $145 billion
A Florida jury awarded more than $144 billion in punitive damages in the landmark class-action suit against the tobacco industry, a record-shattering verdict that the cigarette companies claimed would amount to a "death warrant."

The jury deliberated for about four hours before making its decision.
