Those who are the most irresponsible and who whine and cry the loudest, win. Be it some poor, pitiful, mistreated small business like Credit Suisse First Boston, or those poor poor people who thought smoking was good for their health during the entire 50 years they were coughing up their lungs, they were mistreated by bad, bad people.

I can't believe the crap the legal system manages to perpitrate. This is absolutely sickening.
