Homework for the weekend: Quizzes will be given on Monday ..

just kidding..
..
..

Please check the charts for the 50 ish earnings plays for next week. I like to enter earnings plays 1-7 days before earnings and not hold through earnings, unless its about 10 option calls. Many of them triggered yesterday and today, only RFMD pulled back.

If you click on the chart link in our earnings calendar you can see the updated charts from clearstation, if you want to check the fundamentals there is a link to "Bloomberg". Study the ones that were called or look like they are in uptrends. In the watch list for the next 5 days, option positions will be posted as well. 75% of the watch lists for next week will be earnings plays, 25% will be earnings plays that have already reported and have either pulled back and are ready for some new 'action'. I am now using "turbo options" in real time which will give me the option positions instantly as well as alpha, beta, volatility skews, etc.

I have also 'tweaked' some new scans for real-time in Prosearch alerts in case we miss some earnings plays. If you do your homework beforehand, know the 'pivot points' and breakout levels of our stocks, entry is made with much more confidence. Customized Charts are now in 80% of watch lists. No more 'technical glossary', codes from telescan, everything is now 'graphical' user friendly and easier to understand.
