My understanding is that Burmeister owes $700-800K to NICM. I believe it was commissions he received that need to be turned over to NICM. It is in there as goodwill because it also stems from his overvaluation of NICA when he sold it to MBHC. I think it is all the same money and should be reported in the second quarter.
