Noting that China is quickly emerging as the world's second largest wireless telecom market with over 60 million wireless subscribers, Information and Communication Vice-Minister Kim Dong-sun, during a meeting held yesterday to discuss IT ventures overseas, emphasized the need to aggressively pursue the Chinese market.
