Jeez dog, is the humidity? --- Merry, quite contrary to the 8 year old/MSFT threadie that you supposed, posted an interest in Linux. She did so as an experienced Unix user/fan with a deep level of experience in Tex/LaTex (deeper than yours or mine). I merely informed her that intalling PC Unix was quite a bit less involved than it was in 1984 when she was a Unix user. --- Merry - Let me go step further her in letting you know that installing Mandrake Linux is most likely less involved than re-installing Windows 9x which you have probably already had occasion to do, or undoubtedly will at some point. --- rudedog- Am I wrong? -JCJ
