Yes, this is a very good deal, but it also set a ceiling above IRF price. I often have noticed that deals like that happen near peaks (I can remember the CYRX and the CYMI deals, they came near their respective tops, but the cycle was peaking as well). In a very good market, which I expect, I would say the stock could run to a premium of 20% of that conversion (or about $90) before it stall, after that you will see massive shorting against the block to lock in the 20% profit and collect the interest without any money committed.
