DOCU & DUAP update DOCU May want to keep an eye on this shell. Only 4.2mil shares O/S and they have $500,000 in the bank for the new company. I spoke to CEO Bob Schwartz (518-786-7733) on 7/7/00 and he just got back from NYC looking at RM candidates. Could be getting close. DUAP It has been trading 30-40k shares at .15-.20 the last few days. Things should really get going once they complete the $40mil sell of their Europe division. They will use the cash to pay down debt. I spoke to CEO Daniel Rubin (212-302-6400) this week and everything is moving along well.
