I wish this thread was more active. ISRG's product is revolutionary from what I've read. If the Da Vinci system gets FDA approval for various heart surgeries, this stock could rocket similar to leading genomic stocks. It is not a matter of if, but a matter of when most surgeries will be done with robotics. I believe that around August 9th or 10th, Ohio State Univ. will be using the Da Vinci system to do some heart surgeries. If all goes well and I don't see why not, ISRG could get fast track approval from the FDA for various heart procedures. This is only the beginning. I expect over the next 2-3 years, a number of surgical procedures will be approved by the FDA for the Da Vinci system. The only question: is there something even better coming out on the horizon that is even superior to ISRG's technology. Also RBOT has filed litigation against ISRG regarding patent infringement. I'm seeing more and more of that in the burgeoning medical field . America - the land of the free, the home of the brave, and the territory of the gunslinging attorneys. The underwriters for ISRG were led by Lehman and are all first tier firms, so I'm assuming something is brewing here. jmanvegas
