Don't even attempt this one Tom. --- Sun is a standards submitting body for Java. The only thing about Java that isn't open is use of Sun's brand. --- Anyway, any MS shareholder that talks about "standards" and "standards committees" is full of VisualBasic. --- Please give me an example of Sun promoting standards on others but generally going it's own way (once you're sober). --- Sun is releasing the source code to Solaris, has a SPARC standards organization and in fact is releasing the SPARC spec. --- We're you hoping you had somehow made a lucky guess to the contrary? -JCJ
