Hi JB. My 2c fwiw.

I've been a disgruntled holder of coms for about 2 years now (average cost $29)and it has been quite a learning experience<G>.

I think your risk to reward picture seems reasonable, EXCEPT, for the fact that EB is still the ceo of Coms. This has always been and will continue to be the biggest risk to investors. If comsv were 5 bucks I'd still be worried with EB at the helm (I'm serious about this). Do not underestimate the ability of proven incompetence and dishonesty to pummel a stocks' share price down to mouth-watering p/e p/s levels, only to sink like a rock even lower, after yet another unforeseen announcement from the company. Coms is cheap, but the street has been burned too many times, and shuns it for this reason.

I consider this recent price action as a farewell gift to long suffering coms holders <G>, and am looking forward to finally selling my shares before the 28th. Imo palm will be cheaper at some point after the 28th, to the extent that it's worth paying the taxes now and buying palm at a later date (for those who are inclined to own palm).

Best of luck to all coms longs through the 28th, and let's enjoy a last go-round on the 3Com roller coaster :-)
