"Coms is cheap, but the street has been burned too many times, and shuns it for this reason"

COMS is cheap now because of radical restructuring. ironically, however, there seems to be a clearer vision of the future than there has been previously. i do not think 'the street' is shunning this stock. on the contrary, i think they are beginning to wake up to the company's prospects.

"...with EB at the helm... Do not underestimate the ability of proven incompetence and dishonesty to pummel a stocks' share price down"

eric's reputation is in the process of being mended. he has not made a bone-headed statement in nearly four months. nothing he said caused the share price to tumble after last earnings release, and the company lost .42 cents, or whatever. he is gaining a greater degree of respect, if only for the fact that he has silenced some of his most vocal detractors. he also has some better people around him. and he is putting more and more distance between himself and the us robotics acquisition, which anyone will tell you is a plus.

i'm a guy who has openly suggested that eric be fitted with a pair of cement shoes, then be taken for a nice swim in the lake. <g3> but i perceive an ongoing change taking place, and i think eb still has some nice moves to show us. his credibility has been rehabbed.
